4. Return Process

- Package the product securely in its original packaging if possible

- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Timeline
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
5.2 Refund Amount
- Full refund of the product price for eligible returns
- Original delivery costs will be refunded (except for express shipping upgrades)
- We may deduct from the refund any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we are informed about your withdrawal decision, subject to receiving the goods back or proof of return shipment.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:
